Is Virtual Personal Training right for you?

In today’s blog I want to talk about our newest service Virtual Personal Training which we implemented during the pandemic and has become a great resource for our clients.  There are several reasons why people chose this service such as convenience, accountability while traveling, and many more but either way it encourages consistent movement which is what FGF is about.  Let’s talk about the process when starting virtual personal training, the advantages, and how you can get started!

First of all when a client is interested in virtual personal training they get access to 2 Free Sessions in order to try us out.  We start by scheduling a time to meet that's convenient for both parties, you're given a zoom link and we connect at that time where we go over a questionnaire such as injuries, goals, past exercise history.  The trainer then makes a note of the equipment you have available then runs you through a few basic movements to help them assess for the next workout.  We then find a time to meet for our second session where the trainer has a better idea of how to structure your program and use the equipment available.  At the end of the second session we discuss pricing and what working together moving forward would look like then we dive in and help you live your best life!

The advantages to virtual personal training vary from person to person but some of the feedback we have received is the convenience of it has helped clients stay consistent with their workouts.  The good thing about consistency is it ultimately is what leads to long term success.  Our clients with kids have found it to be helpful because they can multitask with getting their workout in while watching the kids and for our clients who travel they have helped them to stay on track when out of town.  There are many benefits when it comes to virtual personal training whether you use it as your main source of training or just sprinkle it in when you are traveling!

If you’re looking to give Virtual Personal Training a try then click the button below to be directed to our site where you can access even more information and book your 2 Free Intro Sessions with a trainer of your choice.  Movement is Medicine so whether you chose to work with us or not just remember that a little movement each day goes a long way, Cheers!
