"We are a small, locally owned shop that prioritizes our clients. What sets us apart is that you won't get lost in the crowd, and we strive to maintain consistency with our clients. If any issues arise, our owner is just a phone call away, and we make adjustments for our clients when unexpected situations arise.

It never hurts to meet with a professional and assess where you stand versus where you want to be. Working with a trainer often helps us see things in a different light and observe areas where we can improve our quality of life. We recommend only 2-3 sessions a week to focus more on consistency, so our clients often won't need access to another gym

To achieve the most effective total body workout, we highly recommend 60-minute sessions. Our expert trainers will guide you through a series of exercises that will challenge and strengthen every muscle group. However, we understand that time and budget can be a factor.
We also offer 30-minute sessions. In these sessions, our trainers will still provide you with a dynamic and efficient workout that targets multiple muscle groups, allowing you to maximize your time and budget without sacrificing the quality of your workout.

Athletic attire and clean shoes suffice. Towels and water provided.

The frequency of personal training sessions can vary depending on a person's fitness goals, current fitness level, and availability. However, in general, it is recommended to have 2-3 sessions per week for most individuals to see significant progress and results. It's important to allow enough time in between sessions for the body to recover and adapt to the training stimulus. Additionally, incorporating other forms of exercise such as cardio and flexibility training on the days in between personal training sessions can help enhance overall fitness and performance. Ultimately, it's best to work with a personal trainer to create a personalized training schedule that aligns with your goals and abilities.

At FGF we do a month assessment where we take the clients weight, measurements, and body fat in addition to a balance scoresheet where we rate areas out side of the gym such as nutrition, sleep, etc. We then compare our balance scoresheet to results and talk about areas we can improve upon.

Our main areas of focus are weight loss, strength, and functional personal training. Our main goal is to help clients find balance and consistency both inside and outside the gym. Strength training is our main focus because when done right it will lead to weight loss and if you structure the program correctly there should be an aspect of functionality.

"Accountability is a powerful tool when it comes to getting healthy. When people team up to achieve their health goals, they can inspire each other and make sure they stay on track. This approach also helps clients save money because they can split the cost of training. Over the years, we've seen many friends and couples achieve incredible results to
