How does it work?

-In your First Session with your trainer, discuss injuries, goals, and history. Complete a Balance Scoresheet covering Nutrition, Hydration, and Sleep. Assess weight, body fat, and inches if requested. Lastly, do a light workout for movement assessment and future planning.

-In your second session, your trainer customizes an hour workout based on your goals. We will discuss pricing and make suggestions for your future programming.
