During your two weeks you will have access to unlimited classes from a variety of class types including TRX, Circuits, Yoga, Boxing, and Cardio/Core to help keep you engaged and give you a balanced routine. We have classes morning/lunch/evenings through the week as well as Saturday mornings.
Small Group Setting
Our small group setting allows everyone to interact and get to know each other. We pride ourselves in creating a community that focuses on accountability and looking after each other. In addition, smaller groups mean more individual time with our trainers to ensure we are more focused on your form and maximize your workouts on a more personal level.
We have the convenience of booking directly through the MindBody app as well parking, towels, water, and heart monitoring.
