Semi-Private HIIT TRX Classes (All Levels)
Fight Gravity Fitness offers semi-private HIIT TRX Classes designed to keep the heart pumping and hit every muscle group in the body. Each class is limited to six to eight participants which ensures a safe yet effective environment as progressions and regressions are made easier. We now have an outdoor space with hooks by the gym to bring you outdoor class options this Spring/Summer/Fall 2017! Previous TRX experience is recommended but not required, for clients hesitant to jump in a group setting we offer 3-one hour personal training sessions for $99 to teach the basics of the TRX.

Flow Fifty (Yoga All Levels)
In addition to TRX classes FGF offers yoga classes to help create a balance in your routine. These 50 minute yoga classes are designed to focus on stretching and meditation to improve your mobility and mindset. Each class is limited to 10 participants, no previous experience is required but please bring a mat along with you!

Fired UP Forty (Circuit Training All Levels)
To offer our clients more variety in workouts from the TRX we have Fired UP Forty which is a circuit designed to utilize various equipment in the gym such as weights, bands, med balls, etc. Clients will rotate through 10 stations hitting each muscle group incorporating core and cardio along the way!

Outdoor Classes at Curtis Park (All Levels)
FGF will be offering select classes outside as a way to take advantage of the many great outdoor spaces Denver has to offer. Curtis Park is only a couple blocks from the gym and will be a nice way to utilize our Park Permit. Look for updates on our Instagram and Facebook page to see when we'll be going outside!
