Isaiah has been surrounded by martial arts his whole life. With his father being a black belt in karate and his older brother well on his way to becoming a master in Tae Kwon Do. As an adult he trained seriously focusing primarily on Muay Thai. He later quit his desk job and traveled some time in Thailand realizing he wanted to do something rewarding with his life, and what better than to pass the knowledge that he learned for his beloved sport? In the past couple of years he has indulged in kickboxing, yoga, calisthenics, and dance, exploring how they are all connected and how amazing the body’s capabilities are. That’s what he tries to teach in his sessions. A balance of technique, cardio, body weight, movement, and of course fun.
