Class Options

 We believe in a balanced lifestyle that includes consistency in nutrition and fitness! Our style is functional training utilizing TRX Rip and Suspension trainers, bosu balls, free weights, bands, boxing, and anything else we can get creative with. The strategy we employ yields the best results with a healthy dose of accountability.

Cardio/Core Bootcamp

A combination of Cardio and Core to help you shed the pounds and chisel the core.

Using a variety of equipment you'll always be challenged with a variety of exercises suitable for all skill levels! 


Circuit Training

Forty minutes of rotating through a circuit utilizing various equipment throughout the gym.  These workouts will be total body strengthening incorporating cardio throughout!

All levels are welcome as progressions/regressions can be given for each individual in a smaller class setting.

Full Body TRX

Forty minutes of total body strengthening with emphasis on the core and quick bursts of cardio!  Our TRX classes are 6-8 participants giving you more instruction to keep you safe and make the workouts effective.

All levels are welcome as progressions/regressions can be given for each individual in a smaller class setting.


Align & Flow

Exploring a variety of poses while focusing on alignment and breath, our yoga classes emphasize flexibility and mobility.  These classes are a great compliment to our TRX and Circuit classes.

Cardio Kick Boxing

40 mins of a variety of exercises including pad work, heavy bag, kicks, and any other fun things we dream up for you!
