Today I want to touch base on what I feel is the most important word in health and fitness, consistency!  I think we often times feel we need to strive for perfection and pushing our bodies to the limit which often times leads to failure.  Failure in the functioning of our bodies and sways in our diet.  The key is to be consistent with your workouts and listen to the body.  If its feeling sore opt for a less intense workout and vice versa rev it up when you feel good.  The most important part is what you eat.  Consistent healthy eating is key to success in any health plan.  Remember to reward yourself in moderation now and then but after get right back on track!  If you're struggling with either of these give us a call and let FGF help you get on track and stay consistent!
