Here is a fun list of some in home workout ideas for you to utilize over the holiday break.  If you don't have any equipment you can always get creative such as soup cans or any other household item for weights.  Keep in mind these are just generalized workouts and can be modified in many ways as long as form and safety aren't compromised.  The idea over the holidays is to focus on portion control and be as active as possible to ensure a smooth transition into the new year.  Our holiday special of 17 for 2017 will run until 12/31, that's 12 Personal sessions and 5 group class for $725!  Come make 2017 your best year yet at FGF!

5 Days of Holiday Break Workouts
 

On the first day of Holiday break my trainer gave to me:

10 Burpees                               5 sprints

9 Squats                                   Repeat 4 times!

8 push-ups                                3 minute jog

7 glute bridges                          2 minute wall sit

6 side lunges each side            And a 1 minute plank!

 

On the second day of Holiday break my trainer gave to me:

10 Squat jumps                         5 supermans

9 Bicep curls each arm             4 toe touches

8 side leg scissors each leg      Repeat 3 times!

7 calf raises                              2 minute side shuffles

6 Jumping Jacks                      And 1 minute of crunches!

 

On the third day of Holiday break my trainer gave to me:

10 Jump lunges                            5 oblique crunches each side

9 Overhead presses                     Repeat 4 times!

8 donkey kicks each leg               3 minute walk

7 tricep push-ups                          2 minutes of high knees

6 squat pulses                              And 1 minute of heel reaches!

 

On the fourth day of Holiday break my trainer gave to me:

10 Lateral hops each side        5 crtsy lunges each side

9  Lunges each side                 4 15 yd bear crawls

8 deltoid raises                         Repeat 3 times!

7 Side plank dips each side    2 minute glute bridge hold

6 box jumps                              And 1 minute of jack knifes!

 

On the fifth day of Holiday break my trainer gave to me:

10 Slow motion squats              5 side lunge knee ups each side

9 Slow motion pushups             4 15yd squat jumps

8 lunge presses.                        3 10 sec superman holds

7 knee to elbows planking         2 minute plank

6 minute jog                              And a 1 very Healthy and Happy Holidays!
