Nicholas Butler-Owner/Personal Trainer/TRX, Circuit, and Core Classes
Fight Gravity Fitness is run by Fitness Professional Nicholas Butler who has been in the industry for over 6 years. His current certifications include AFAA Personal and Group Trainer, SilverSneakers, TRX Suspension Course Trainer, and CPR-AED. Over the years he has had a wide range of experience with all populations from Youth to Seniors in personal coaching sessions and a variety of classes including stretch and tone, cardio kickboxing, bootcamp, cardio circuit, weight room circuit, Red Rocks challenge, and outdoor park bootcamps.

Stephanie Abrams-Personal Trainer/TRX, Circuit, Core, and Yoga Classes
Stephanie began practicing yoga in 2007. In 2013, she received her 200-HR RYT from Laughing Lotus NYC where she learned the importance of the physical practice, the power of the breath, and the effect of togetherness and community. She loves connecting with clients on and off the mat. Stephanie is excited to bring fun, creative sequences and energizing and restorative practices to her classes. She has a passion for all things health and wellness, and will soon be a NASM certified personal trainer. She also has certifications in CPR-AED, Barre, and TRX Suspension Training, and is a practicing health coach.
Alexandra Munoz-TRX, Circuit, Core, and Yoga Classes
Alex Munoz has been a part of the fitness industry since the age of 19, primarily focusing on group fitness classes and semi private trainings. Having a strong dance background that continues on in her career, transitioning to fitness was the next step in helping others be self aware of their bodies imbalances & how to safely reach their fitness goals. Being a Certified AFAA Group Fitness Instructor, she's taught circuit trainings, boot camps, Power Pump/Body Pump, SilverSneakers, core strengthening, kettlebell training, resistance training, and dance fitness classes. With additional certifications in TRX suspension training, Zumba, Yoga and an Associates Degree in Personal Training, her style is very versatile to fit every classes & participants needs.
Kate Barkova-Circuit and TRX
Kate Barkova’s mission is to inspire her students toward becoming the best version of themselves through physical and emotional disciplines. For the last three years, Kate worked as an exercise specialist at an outpatient physical therapy clinic in an urban hospital. Her expertise in patient care and physical therapy training lead her to branch out from individual to group fitness where she is able to encourage more people to reach their goals. Kate loves cats, traveling and learning about different cultures. Her goal is one day to take her cats on a hiking adventure. She is Group Fitness, Pilates, and CPR-AED certified. With her focus on form, Kate loves to work with a diversity of students ranging in fitness expertise and capabilities to keep her on her toes.
Grahame Fitz-Circuit and TRX
Grahames Athletic Career began early. He played recreational soccer beginning at age five, competitive soccer through high school and completed as collegiate student athlete on a nationally ranked soccer team, graduating in 2015. In addition to competing as an athlete himself, Grahame has also enjoyed coaching middle-school land elite high school soccer players. It wasn't until 2016 that he started thinking about pursuing fitness professionally and in 2017 he completed a rigorous six month program at the National Personal Training Institute of Colorado where he studied group training, coaching special populations, and nutrition. Also in 2017, he became CPR certified and earned his certification as a National Association of Sports Medicine Personal Trainer. Grahame's passion for fitness comes through whether he is playing soccer, going for a trail run, or doing pull-ups in the park. He believes that fitness doesn't have to be something we dread, but instead an activity that is engaging, confidence building, and fun!
Isaiah has been surrounded by martial arts his whole life. With his father being a black belt in karate and his older brother well on his way to becoming a master in Tae Kwon Do. As an adult he trained seriously focusing primarily on Muay Thai. He later quit his desk job and traveled some time in Thailand realizing he wanted to do something rewarding with his life, and what better than to pass the knowledge that he learned for his beloved sport? In the past couple of years he has indulged in kickboxing, yoga, calisthenics, and dance, exploring how they are all connected and how amazing the body’s capabilities are. That’s what he tries to teach in his classes. A balance of technique, cardio, body weight, movement, and of course fun.
Hailey Pitman-Yoga Classes
Hailey found yoga in 2006 while in college at FSU. Having originally trained as a competitive athlete for over ten years she was looking for a new way to stay in shape beyond the traditional gym workouts.
In 2013 a car accident forced Hailey to step back from high impact workouts, running, and her power yoga practice. She soon discovered restorative and yin yoga. This slower, longer hold practice allowed her to use yoga as a physical therapy tool and recover her flexibility and strength. After realizing the benefits of yoga as a therapy as well as a workout she decided she wanted to share yoga with athletes, chronic pain sufferers, and people recovering from trauma.
In 2016 she started her 200 YTT program at St. Petersburg Yoga in Florida. Hailey focused her training in yoga to specifically work with athletes to improve breathing and flexibility, as well as prevent injury. She also began learning to work with people dealing with chronic pain.
Since moving to Denver, CO in 2018 Hailey has focused on teaching yoga at both public and private gyms. She loves teaching a diverse group of students and tailoring classes to meet their individual needs. She brings her past experience as an athlete and chronic pain sufferer together with her passion for yoga to teach others that a solid yoga practice can have amazing benefits for both the body and mind.
